2. What kind of incentives could an environmentally friendly company offer its employees?

• Bonuses for those who meet environmental goals.

• Recognition as Environmental Employee of the Month, with certificates or special mentions.

• Free training in sustainable agriculture, good livestock practices, safe handling of inputs, or agroecology.

3. In what other ways could companies involve their employees in environmental issues?

• Promoting regular activities such as recycling day, launching challenges to reduce electricity consumption, and rewarding the best ideas for a greener environment.

• Organize collection days for used agrochemical containers in partnership with key allies such as Campo Limpio.

• Organize practical workshops and informational talks with the participation of experts: veterinarians, field staff, or sustainability specialists.
